The New ASPC International High Performance Center Handbook
Please find enclosed the last work to help you start from the Authors Dale Henwood and Johann Holdhaus.
The ASPC has received inquiries in recent years from individuals requesting assistance in setting up a High Performance Center/Institute in their country or region. The Handbook is intended to offer some initial thoughts on the foundational elements required to establish a High Performance Center/Institute.
It is our hope the Handbook will assist the interested parties in starting this important long term journey and that the athletes and their coaches will be able to access the support and services required for them to grow and advance both in their athletic performance aspirations and in their personal lives.
You are encouraged to search the ASPC website for other ASPC supports (eg. exchange program, Self Assessment tool, e-news, biennial Forum).
We welcome any feedback that you may have on the Handbook and other ways the ASPC can add value to your efforts.
Best wishes.
