Dear all ASPC members & ASPC supporters,

We are thrilled to announce that the Association of Sport Performance Centres (ASPC) XII International Forum on Elite Sport enhancing “Elite Sports – Asian Perspectives and Development” in Hong Kong is now open for registration!

The Forum will take place at the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) from 4 to 6 December 2024 (Wednesday – Friday) while the Pre Forum Meetings for ASPC members and ASPC supporters as well as the ASPC General Assembly are scheduled on 3 December 2024 (Tuesday).

The Forum will cover keynote presentations, workshops and panel discussions on various topics related to sports such as integrating performance, leadership and management models in Sports, Athletes’ Development, and Major Games etc.

Price Table (Forum)

Please note:

• The Centre members of the ASPC have the right to attend the International Forum on Elite Sport without paying the registration fee (limit up to 2 attendees per Centre) if they are up-to-date in the fees payment.
• The supporters of the ASPC have the right to attend the International Forum on Elite Sport without paying the registration fee (limit up to 1 attendee per Centre) if the Centre is up-to-date in the fees payment.
• When you do the registration for the Forum, please select the free registration quota. Your registration will remain on hold until HKSI checks with the ASPC Secretariat if your Centre is up to date with payment and validates it and if your Centre has used up all the free quota.
• For better logistic & catering arrangements, we have listed out all the meetings and events for both Pre Forum and Forum periods on the registration platform, please kindly indicate your availability to each of the meetings or events during the online registration process.
• Please note that the registration link and QR Code listed above are exclusive for ASPC members and ASPC supporters, so please do not share this link with any other external parties.

Entitlements for all registered forum attendees:

• Admission to the Forum.
• Admission to the ASPC General Assembly Dinner (3 December 2024 Tue). Accompanying guests wishing to attend the General Assembly Dinner will be required to pay for his or her own costs. (Details and costs to be confirmed)
• Tea breaks and lunches during the Forum (4 – 6 December 2024 Wed to Fri).

• For nearby accommodation options, you may refer to Appendix 2.

Remarks

• Accompanying guests of registered forum attendees wishing to attend the Forum will be required to pay for the registration fee.
• The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) reserves the right to modify or amend its terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
